There's a hurricane a comin'

With news that hurricane Fay was expected to hit Tampa, I made a "just in case" trip to the grocery store along with everyone else in Tampa. by the time I got there the milk was out of stock but there was plenty of watermelon. Everything was closed and canceled today but this morning we woke up to a windy but otherwise beautiful day. so we went to the park.
the kids insisted on bringing their umbrellas but soon grew tired of trying to hold them against the wind.
we took a walk along the Pier.
Grant's hair stood straight up. It was so cute!
I decided to wear a hat today and spent a good part of the day trying to keep it on my head. thankfully I had a spare wrap in the car and was able to forgo the hat.
