Katelyn's first official Christmas break had a bit of a rough start, she spent the first 3 days laying on the couch drifting in and out of consciousness. Ear infections. when at last we took her to the doctor to get some antibiotics her first comment upon stepping outdoors was, mom, why did our grass turn to hay?
an eye opener for someone who has spent a lot of time in Florida, where the grass never turn brown, or yellow for that matter.
kids say the most awesome thing...and you should see the grass this winter-they are "hay color"...it got so cold like 2 weeks ago. it was bad- it snowed parts of Tampa. Glad she's feeling better.
